participating in this tour!  We must
put all alternative energy options on
the table and get on with it.  Wind,
Solar, Biofuels, Conservation of resources (nobody talks about that any-more).  This is all about creating jobs! Hydraulic fracturing for natural gas is both a curse and a blessing. If done, Best Mangement Practices must be enforced.  State DEQs must have adequate budgets to do their job! In Arkansas, they do not.  While Canada&#039;s desire to develp their tar sands is understandable, it is the most destruc-
tive resource extraction akin to 
mountain top removal, extremely expensive to mine, transport and devastating to the environment. Earth is
the only place we have to live. Oh for the wisdom and common sense to take care of of our planet, to live in balance with nature.</description>
