Veterans on Bus Tour to Promote Less Reliance on Foreign Oil

Some veterans are travelling around Wisconsin Friday to talk about how they think climate change is linked to national security threats.

One of the veterans is Appleton resident Robin Eckstein.

The group “Operation Free” is sponsoring bus tours nationwide. Its members say Americans should become less reliant on oil from the Middle East.

The bus tour will stop today in La Crosse, Madison and Milwaukee.
