The Obama Administration’s proposed fuel economy standards that have already been endorsed by the auto industry just garnered a new supporter, the National Association of Manufacturers. The NAM has called the proposed national fuel economy standards a, “positive development”. These new fuel standards would almost double the current standards by 2025.
